The one-bedroom apartment presented some layout challenges with a narrow entryway, bathroom door limiting space in the bedroom. The entryway restriction was resolved by removing it to make room for larger furniture and sliding doors resolved the space issue in the bedroom.

A warm, contemporary palette with sage green tones, natural wood finishes, and black accents was selected as the overall colour scheme. Vertical stripe detailing helped visually elongate walls, while strategically positioned mirrors naturally reflected light creating a greater sense of space. Styling choices in every aspect were considered with guest comfort in mind along with durability, and high-visual impact for listing photography.

The apartment was rented out within one week of project completion. The full scope of work from refurbishment work, painting, furnishing, interior designing & window dressing was delivered within an agreed eight-week timeframe.
