as part of the 77-acre Earl\u2019s Court masterplan. It is intended to revitalize the neighbourhood  with 1 million square feet of new space for homes, offices, schools, a hospital, recreational and community centres, and retail establishments. It will set to benefiting from the masterplan with significant investment in this area.<\/p>\n<h2>HS2 Piccadilly Regeneration Scheme in Manchester<\/h2>\n<p>Once finished, HS2 will offer a network of fast lines that connects Scotland, the North, the Midlands, and London. The initiative will promote mobility between firms, workers, and customers while lowering geographic barriers to markets, skills, and knowledge by enhancing connection throughout the UK.<\/p>\n<p>Two new HS2 stations will be located in Manchester, one near Manchester Airport and the other built into Manchester Piccadilly Station. White City in London&#8217;s Zone 2 is quickly turning into one of West London&#8217;s most sought-after neighbourhoods. It is home to the capital&#8217;s top luxury brands, companies, and educational institutions, including ITV, BBC, Harrods, Net-a-Porter, Soho House, and Imperial College London&#8217;s new 23-acre campus.<\/p>\n<p>More than 2,500 new homes will be offered by White City Living, which will also have a new five-acre park inside eight acres of planted greenery.
