In recent months, apartment prices have dipped slightly (-1.2%), while terraced and detached homes have collectively risen by 1.8%. This demand is due to buyers choosing larger living spaces and family orientated layouts.<\/p>\n<h2>Detached homes delivering higher gains<\/h2>\n<p>In the past year and a half, detached home sellers achieved an average of 45% in gains. This is followed by semi-detached homes, touching 44% and terraced homes, 40%.
