Diamond furniture range along with made-to- measure window dressings were selected for a premium and durable finish, ideal  for high-turnover short-let use. All project coordination, scheduling and installations were managed remotely by our design partner, keeping the client informed throughout the process, and the landlord didn\u2019t need to travel whatsoever. <\/p>\n<h2>How were space and design challenges solved?<\/h2>\n<p>The one-bedroom apartment presented some layout challenges with a narrow entryway, bathroom door limiting space in the bedroom. The entryway restriction was resolved by removing it to make room for larger furniture and sliding doors resolved the space issue in the bedroom. <\/p>\n<p>A warm, contemporary palette with sage green tones, natural wood finishes, and black accents was selected as the overall colour scheme. Vertical stripe detailing helped visually elongate walls, while strategically positioned mirrors naturally reflected light creating a greater sense of space.
