Anita Mehra

Managing Director

Anita has been the inspiration behind Benham and Reeves' success for 35 years as it expanded from a single branch in Hampstead to one of the oldest independently owned sales, letting, and property management firms in central London. Anita's vision has led to the company's expansion so that it can now provide a full range of services related to real estate investments under one roof, ranging from purchase to handover, furnishings and/or renovation, to lettings and property management.

The company now has international offices in China, Hong Kong, India, Malaysia, the Middle East, Singapore, and South Africa thanks to Anita's leadership in this area. She frequently travels to visit the company's offices, meet with clients, and discuss real estate investment strategy. She also holds real estate investment seminars, frequently in collaboration with eminent banks, real estate developers, and other international partners.

Marc von Grundherr

Director

Since joining the board of directors in 2001, Marc has been in charge of managing the business development and rental operations for the organisation. He plays a key role in the company's growth and collaborates closely with the managing director, Anita Mehra, to create the company's core services.

As a trusted source for national media on real estate, Marc is frequently heard on the BBC, Bloomberg, Talk-Radio, and various Global News channels. His incisive analysis and straightforward demeanour are well received by the UK press, ensuring that Benham and Reeves and he are frequently mentioned in the Times, FT, Telegraph, and numerous other consumer and business publications. Marc is a skilled webinar and event host who focuses on introducing participants to the world of real estate investing. He is proud of the long-lasting relationships he has built with investors all over the world and believes in only offering advice that he would follow himself.
